A powerful nose that almost transports you to the Jura… but it’s something else entirely! Hazelnut, honey, yellow fruit, and passion fruit. The palate shows a pronounced élevage, balanced by lovely tension and volume. Can be degassed if you like.

A blend of 60% Gros Manseng and 40% Petit Manseng from organically farmed vines grown by the Lapouble-Laplace family, planted on puddingstone soils. Hand-harvested and transported to the Micro Winerie for natural vinification. Direct pressing, fermentation, and 8 months of ageing in oak barrels that have seen several wines. Unfined, unfiltered, with only a micro-dose of sulphur.
