A blend of six grape varieties typical from Alsace: Sylvaner, Pinot Auxerrois, Gewurztraminer from the Rosembourg terroir, and Muscat, Pinot Gris and Riesling from the Grand Cru Schoenenbourg. The vines are farmed biodynamically and harvested by hand. Natural, precise winemaking: meticulous sorting, work by gravity, direct pressing, aging in vats. Bottled at estate without fining or filtration, zero added sulfur.

Jean-Louis Trapet is part of a select circle of the 10 greatest vignerons of the Côte de Nuits. His family estate, founded by his great-grandfather in 1870, is composed of around 15 hectares of the most beautiful parcels around Gevrey.
