A 100% Pinot Gris cuvée from the estate’s finest plots: 65-year-old vines cultivated using biodynamic methods, certified by Ecocert and Demeter, planted on limestone soils on the lower slopes of the Altenbourg hill. Short pruning to maintain low yields; hand-harvested at full ripeness. Winemaking: gentle pressing of whole clusters, followed by transfer to barrels for fermentation, then 10 months of aging on fine lees in old oak casks.
