A cuvée vinified by Andrée Trapet, head of Domaine Trapet in Alsace: 100% Gewuztraminer from vines grown biodynamically planted in Beblenheim on marl-limestone soils. Harvesting is done by hand. Natural, precise vinification: sorting o the grapes, direct pressing, ageing in vats. Bottled on the estate without fining or filtration, zero added sulfur.
