Gewurztraminer Orange 3 - 2023 - Domaine Pierre Weber
Pierre Weber
Delight, delight, delight—this one deserves to be said (at least) three times! Nose of candied orange, mango, lychee, rose, honeysuckle, honey... The palate is rich, powerful, and indulgent, perfectly in tune with the nose, balanced, with an insane aromatic length.

100% Gewurztraminer from old vines farmed biodynamically, planted on a small parcel of the Grand Cru Eichberg, showcasing marly soils and a South-East exposure. Harvested by hand and vinified naturally: two weeks of maceration of the whole clusters, followed by 11 months of aging in barrels that have seen several wines, on total lees. Bottled at the Domaine without fining or filtration, and no added sulfites.
