A blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois from vines farmes organically, planted on granitic soils, the plots are surrounded by forests, and located on the Kalkstahl hillside, in Dambach-la-Ville. Manual harvesting, direct pressing, long fermentation, aging in vats, casks and demi-muids. It is a blend of the 2019, 2020 and 2021 vintages. Bottled at the Estate without fining, filtration or addition of sulphites.

Léo Dirringer, child of the 1992 vintage, is a young Alsatian winemaker with a bright future. His parents' estate, Domaine Ruhlmann Dirringer, is located in Dambach la Ville, along the beautiful route des vins d'Alsace .
