A blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois from vines farmes organically, planted on granitic soils, the plots are surrounded by forests, and located on the Kalkstahl hillside, in Dambach-la-Ville. Manual harvesting, direct pressing, long fermentation, aging in vats, casks and demi-muids. It is a blend of the 2019, 2020 and 2021 vintages. Bottled at the Estate without fining, filtration or addition of sulphites.

His parents' estate, Domaine Ruhlmann Dirringer, is located in Dambach la Ville, along the beautiful  route des vins d'Alsace .
