A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Gris from the Kopfacker and Stein vineyard sites – terroirs of limestone and calcareous sandstone. Vinification: co-maceration of the two grape varieties, as whole bunches for 5 weeks, pressing with a vertical press, end of fermentation and maturation in a small cask of 249 liters. Bottled without fining or filtration, and zero added sulphur.
