La Montagne du Scarabée Solera - Jérôme François et Morgane Stoquert
La Grange de L'oncle Charles
Hypnotic, with notes of mirabelle plum, hazelnut and curry. During blind-tasting, we put it somewhere between a Vin Jaune and a peated whisky! Rich, structured, concentrated, voluminous, saline, we find the oxidative markers of the nose... a wine for meditation. A rare bottle.

Bottled at the estate in November 2022 without fining or filtration, with no added sulfites.
JÉRÔME FRANÇOIS
Jérôme François settled in Ostheim in 2014. The young carpenter couldn’t resist the call of the vine and started his estate with a few plots from his grandfather and the barn of his great uncle! Late 2017, Jérôme teamed up with Yann Bury. The man grows his vines biodynamically, and works the soil not with a tractor but with two horses, Sirus and Fastochex. A flock of black Ouessant sheep...
