A 100% Riesling cuvée, from 40-50-year-old vines planted on sandy, loamy, clay-limestone soils. Vinification: direct pressing with whole bunch grapes, maturation around 9 months in casks, on lees. And as you’d expect from Bruno, the wine is bottled without filtration and, naturally, without sulphur.
