Riesling from vines acquired by the estate in 2019, planted on a marly-limestone terroir on the South-East of the Grand Cru Mambourg, and currently in conversion to biodynamic viticulture. The vines are pruned short to keep the yields low, and the grapes harvested by hand at optimal maturity. Natural vinification without any additives: direct pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 8 months of maturation in stainless steel tanks on gross lees. Bottled without fining or filtration, and zero sulphur.
