The 2021 vintage was marked by mildew at the Ginglinger's, so very low yields: Jean has decided to blend all the Muscats and all the Chasselas from the estate to make a sparkling wine with 50/50 of the two grape varieties. Manual harvest, direct pressing, bottled with residual sugars to create effervescence in the bottle. In the end we have: a dry, undisgorged, unfiltered, unfined wine, without added sulfites.

Jean-François Ginglinger, a 100% natural vigneron based in Pfaffenheim, south of Colmar, took over his father’s estate in 1999.
