Pinot Gris Clos des Capucins - 2019 - Catherine Faller

Domaine Weinbach

A truly beautiful vintage, with a nose carried by notes of pears and apples, subtly buttered and smoked. The palate lives up to our expectations, both dense, fleshy, and light. Long, persistent and extremely precise finish, marked by freshness.
