A rich and aromatic Riesling, which with a little aeration reveals notes of citrus and verbena. Palate: fine, citrusy acidity, with a mineral and saline finish, 2021 is a very fresh vintage. Ultra natural? Oui, oui! Borderline punk? Of course!

The estate was hit by mildew on the 2021 vintage and thus produced only four cuvées in total... It is therefore a blend of all the Rieslings of the Estate, the "surviving" clusters from all the plots. Manual harvest, direct pressing, natural vinification, one year of aging in casks, bottled at the estate in September 2022, without fining or filtration, or addition of sulphites.
