A cuvée vinified by Andrée Trapet, head of Domaine Trapet in Alsace: 100% Riesling from vines grown biodynamically planted in Riquewihr on granitic and filtering soils, for a total of one hectare. Harvesting is done by hand. Natural, precise vinification: sorting of the grapes, direct pressing, ageing in vats. Bottled on the estate without fining or filtration, zero added sulfur.
