Superb emotion during this tasting, with a nose carried by notes of citrus fruits, exotic fruits, a little petrol characteristic of the grape variety, for true Riesling fans! Elegant palate, big tension and minerality, long and saline finish.
100% Riesling from 40-year-old vines grown biodynamically and planted on schist soils. Schieferberg means "schist mountain" in Alsatian. Manual harvest, direct pressing. Natural vinification: two years of aging in stainless steel vats, bottled without fining, filtration or added sulfites.
