Slightly amber colour, golden reflections. A very interesting nose, with aromas of biscuits, caramel, spices (cardamom and nutmeg). After aeration, fruity notes appear (cooked apple, dried apricot). On the palate, the tannins are thin and precise. Fresh aromas of mint and white pepper follow the notes of fresh infusion (lime blossom, verbena) and marzipan. Very long aftertaste.
Bas-Armagnac 100% Folle Blanche - Aged for 12 years in oak barrels. Bottled in February 2023.
