Bright and limpid gold color. The nose is delicate, marked by aromas of honey infusion (lime, mint), spices (pepper, clove, vanilla) and ripe fruit (quince, plum, apricot coulis). The spices dominate on the palate: green pepper, nutmeg.There are also some fresh walnut, licorice and fine spices. Nice length.
Darroze’s Bas-Armagnacs are « wild » eaux-de-vie, with an absolute richness in the nose and mouth.
