Bain Marie - 2021 - Vincent Marie et Alexandre Bain - Magnum
When two natural wine leaders work together on a cuvée, the result is a highly digestible and glupable juice, with notes of red fruits and flowers, with thin and well-integrated tannins, a juicy cuvée that retains the mineral structure of the two terroirs. Too good, luckily it's a magnum!

50% Gamay from Vincent Marie Estate and 50% Sauvignon from Alexandre Bain estate in Pouilly-Fumé, Loire Valley, from vines grown biodynamically and harvested by hand. This cuvée is vinified at Vincent Marie's in Auvergne: two weeks of co-maceration of the two grape varieties in whole bunches, it's a carbonic maceration, soft pressing, 18 months of aging in casks that have seen several wines. Vincent would head to Alsace and earn a diploma in viticulture and oenology in 2012, taking part along the way in internships overseen by Patrick Meyer and...All wines
