A cuvée of Gamay from 50 to 60-year-old vines planted in sandy soils (sandy soils make you think of the beach, which translates into "la plage" in French!) on a south-facing parcel prone to water stress, which concentrates the juices. Harvested by hand, controlled yields. Natural vinification: indigenous yeasts, three weeks of semi-carbonic maceration in whole bunches, matured in vats, then bottled at the Estate in April 2023 without any additives, and zero sulphur!
