100% Gamay from old vines planted on decomposed basalt, under a fine black decomposition earth. Manual harvest, 18 days of maceration in whole bunches with some punching down, half in stainless steel vats and half in truncated wooden vats. Blending of free run and press juices. 12 months of aging in old 228-liter barrels. Not fined, not filtered, without added sulfites.

After quitting his job in insurance banks, he got his viticulture and oenology diploma, and trained alongside Jérôme Bressy in Rasteau, then with the legendary Thierry Allemand in Cornas.
