Nose carried by notes of black fruits, amarena cherry, mineral hint. Structured palate, the acidity is pefectly balanced, beautiful interpretation of the appellation. A few words from the winemaker: "a complete wine, with broad fruit, set on a solid body".
David Croix
David Croix is at the head of the Domaine des Croix, located in the heart of Beaune. Originally from Montlouis-sur-Loire, the young guy knew from the age of 16 that he wanted to make wine, and therefore started a journey to become an oenologist. He went through the viti-oeno diploma in Tours, before leaving for Burgundy where he graduated from the Master of Oenology in Dijon in 2001. He perfected his winemaking skills with Benjamin Leroux of the Domaine du Comte Armand in Pommard, then made a name for himself in Burgundy by becoming the manager of the Camille Giroud Maison for nearly 15 years, until 2016. At the same time, David created the Domaine des Croix in 2005, which today has 7.75 hectares managed organically since 2008 but not certified, on very beautiful Climats, in particular in Grands Crus on the hill of Corton. With his friend Damien Courbet, he is also at the initiative of a negociant project in the Jura, with the aim of sublimating its different terroirs without the oxidative patina.
A few words from the winemaker: "a wine that is always accessible, luscious, carried by elegant tannins that fully allow the expression of a characteristic fruity-floral complex".
A few words from the winemaker: "A complete wine that combines a fine and velvety texture with a great mineral length. In Tasting really beautifully from a young age thanks to an integrated tannic structure, this cuvée nevertheless has a great aging capacity."
Nose: white flowers, peach, apricot, mineral framework... The palate shows both roundness and tension, stratospheric volume, endless finish on notes of stone fruits and citrus. Certainly one of the most beautiful white wines of Burgundy.
Brilliant interpretation of the grape variety, carried by mineral notes, apricot, honey, brioche, you can just guess the walnut in the background. Palate: a lot of purity, large volume counterbalanced by a nice tension, a wine that is defined by its freshness.
WOW, a beautifully crafted Savagnin, mineral, carried by notes of white fruits, candied lemon, hazelnut. The palate offers us an alluring fat without any heaviness, beautiful mineral freshness and fine acidity. And to top it off, a crazy length!
Black fruits, plum, cherry, rose, hint of cocoa. A wine that need to lay down, ripe and full-bodied, which presents an extremely harmonious balance between acidity and maturity. Be patient, it's a bottle that deserves time, you will be amply rewarded.

As golden as a vin jaune. A very pure nose, floral and fruity. The palate is suave yet delicate, with citrus and toasted notes. A long, mineral finish.
A highly elegant wine, obviously still a bit young, carried by notes of cherry, raspberry, leather, spices, hint of smoke... The palate is both powerful and chiselled, melted and delicate tannins, beautiful aromatic length.
