Les Vignerons d'Estézargues is probably the most qualitative cooperative winery in France, and one of the few to vinify natural wines. Created in 1965, the cellar brings together a dozen of winegrowers whose vines are planted on very beautiful terroirs in the Tavel area. Tavel... where reigns the iconic Eric Pfifferling, the man behind L’Anglore estate (#ifyouknowyouknow), who actually made wine at Estezargue’s before settling down! Another star winemaker on the list, Jean-François Nicq of Les Foulards Rouges: now you understand that with such winegrowers, the cellar work can only go in the right direction! By taking the gamble of vinifying without additives for more than twenty years, Les Vignerons d’Estézargues cellar has seen the level of its wines increase considerably from vintage to vintage, until today reaching wines with an unbeatable price/pleasure ratio.
Minimal sulphites
A special collab between Pur Jus and Les Vignerons d'Estézargues! Raspberry, blackcurrant, flowers, aromatic herbs, a hint of mint... The palate is structured, the tannins are present without overpowering the fruit, coating and mouthfilling texture , with a raspberry jam finish.
