Organic apple juice from apples grown in the orchards of Clohars-Carnoët, in southern Finistère, Brittany. Pressing, fresh verbena is infused into the juice for a few hours. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled at the cider house after pasteurization.

Nolwenn Merrien and Matthieu Huet run the Cidrerie de l'Apothicaire, located in Clohars-Carnoët in Southern Finistère, Brittany.
