An already accessible juice, elegant and sapid. The nose opens on ripe yellow fruits and mirabelle jam, with a touch of candied lemon. On the palate, beautiful fruit carries through with notes of pear, balanced by vibrant minerality and a long, saline finish. Absolutely delicious.

Aligoté from the Domaine's vines, grown organically and planted on a plot at an altitude of 400 meters, facing South East, marl-limestone and rocky soils. We are on the border between the Hautes Côtes de Beaune and the Hautes Côtes de Nuit, but still on the side of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Direct pressing of the whole bunches, fermentation and aging in 350-liter barrels, without new oak, for 12 months, then a second winter of aging in stainless steel vats before bottling in February 2026. Not fined, not filtered, micro-dose of sulphur.
