This is refreshing, lively, mineralesque juice, with iodized and floral notes. An authentic Aligoté – natural, rich and complex.
A 100% natural Aligoté, from grapes harvested in the commune of Curtil-Vergy. The vines are southeast facing, 40 years old, and grown at an altitude 400 metres on a clay-limestone terroir. Vinification: direct pressing, ultra natural, matured in vats without sulphur.
