100% Pinot noir from vines planted on a magnificent parcel situated juste above the Climat of Les Petits Epenots. Organic farming, manual harvest and natural vinification. About three weeks of maceration of the whole bunches, 12 months of aging in egg-shaped concrete vats. Bottled at the Estate without fining or filtration, no sulphur added.

Aurélien Verdet is a Burgundian vigneron based in Arcenant, in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, where he had already been developing his own estate before taking over Domaine de Chassorney, founded in 1996 by his longtime friend Frédéric Cossard.
