Campo Vecchio Blanc - 2023 - Marie Charlotte Pinelli
Domaine Pinelli
Rich, powerful, complex nose – white peach, flowers, a hint of honey. On the palate: big volume, the same layered complexity comes through, with clear notes from the ageing. Absolutely delicious – a true gastronomic wine.

Vermentino from vines planted in 2019 on granitic soils in the dry climate of the Agriates Desert, organically farmed from the beginning. Manual harvest—this is a second pass through the parcels, selecting later-ripening bunches to capture a deeper, richer aromatic profile. Whole-cluster direct press in a wooden vertical press. Fermentation and one year of aging in 18HL casks. Bottled at the Domaine, sulfited at harvest and post-fermentation if needed, with total SO2 around 50 mg/l.
