Super complex, dialed-in notes of cherry, cranberry, beeswax, honey – and yeah, even a hint of... cookie dough! Structured palate, almost Pinot-like in its finesse, with ultra-fine tannins – yet still the most concentrated cuvée of the domaine.
100% Nielluccio from young vines planted in 2019, rooted in granite soils under the dry climate of the Agriates Desert, and farmed organically from the start. Hand-harvested grapes, with careful sorting directly in the vineyard. Vinification: one month of maceration with 100% destemmed grapes, gentle pressing in a vertical press, followed by 12 months of ageing in 18 hL foudres. Bottled at the estate, with sulphur added at harvest and, if needed, after fermentation, for a total SO2 level of around 50 mg/litre.
