100% Vermentino from young vines planted in 2019 on granitic soils in the dry, windswept Agriates Desert, organically farmed from the start. Manual harvest with sorting in the vineyard. Vinification: whole-cluster direct press in a wooden vertical press—“the crème de la crème, it preserves all the grape’s aromatics,” says Marie-Charlotte. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in Spring 2024. Sulfited at harvest and post-fermentation if needed, for a total SO2 around 50 mg/l.
