100% Chardonnay from vines grown biodynamically, planted in 2012 on four parcels for a total of two hectares, on clay-limestone soils, exposure South/South West, in the commune of La Bruyère, North West of Namur. Manual harvest from the 10th to the 20th of October 2021. Direct pressing, each parcel is vinified separately before blending. 20 months of aging in barrels with 20% of new oak, bottled in July 2023 without fining or filtration, just a tiny dose of sulphur.
