100% Savagnin from vines planted in 2017 on a 40-acre micro-parcel called "La Cabane" on clay-limestone soils in the commune of La Bruyère, northwest of Namur. Biodynamic viticulture is supervised by Sylvain Pellegrinelli, former vineyard manager at Domaine Leflaive. Manual harvest, low yields of 15 hl/ha. Only 427 bottles produced.
