The 2019 vintage brings us an eminently gulpable, "glouglou" version of A Bout! This is straight-up fruit juice for adults, with aromas of blackcurrant and redcurrant, and a palate that’s ultra fluid with very little tannin – this is all about smoothness and pleasure!

A cuvée made from 100% Abouriou, a teinturier or ‘dyer’ grape variety, once used to add colour to other wines, and today very rare, originally from the southwest. From vines around thirty years old, cultivated organically and planted just behind the winery, on a terroir of schist. Vinification: unlike the previous vintage, here we have a very short maceration of two days, in whole bunches, soft pressing, then 8 months of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Neither fined nor filtered, bottled without added sulfites.
