100% Chenin, from 50 to 110-year old vines, conducted organically, and planted on a hilltop plot, on soils of flinty clay. Manual harvesting done at full maturity. Natural vinification without any additives, 36-months long élevage in barrels of several wines. A completely natural juice, with work by gravity. Unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulfites.
