Armand et Louis - 2021 - Antoine Delaunay
Delaunay Vignerons
Armand is the nephew of Antoine Delaunay, and Louis his son. What a great cuvée for the two cousins! Complex nose with notes of pear, iodine, lime blossom... The palate is round and pure, luscious, the oak aging is perfectly integrated. Truly a beautiful interpretation of the grape variety.

100% Melon de Bourgogne from 90-year-old vines planted in 1932 on a 0.5 hectare plot. Organic viticulture and manual harvest at maturity. Vinification: direct pressing, the juice is directly transfered into barrels for fermentation and aging in oak barrels that have seen several wines. 9 months of aging in barrels, blending of the barrels then 3 months of maturation in vats. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulfur before bottling.
