Eloïse - 2022 - Antoine Delaunay

Delaunay Vignerons

A rather unique blend with notes of raspberry, black fruit, a hint of vegetal… Palate: a digestible and crisp juice with ripe tannins. Eloïse is Antoine Delaunay's niece, a wine that could be forgotten a time in your cellar... As you’d expect – this is a cuvée for our children!

Blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Abouriou, from vines grown organically, in their first years of conversion to organic farming. Manual harvesting and natural vinification: total destemming, gentle punching down and two light daily pump-overs during the 10 days of maceration. Soft pressing, one year of aging in barrels that have seen several wines, blending of the barrels then three months in vats. Not fined, not filtered, low dose of sulphur.
