Justices Sauvages - 2021 - Sophie et Clément Maire Kurdziel
Vignobles Les Justices
A natural sparkling cuvée that checks all the boxes, with notes of small red berries, redcurrant, plum, grapefruit, and a hint of flowers. A lively palate, not funky in the least, but sapid and salivating, with fine acidity – this is some elegant pét-nat!

A blend of Cabernet Franc and Grolleau Gris from vines in conversion to organic farming, planted around 1970 in Bourgueil and Dampierre-sur-Loire, on clay-limestone soils with veins of flint stone. Neither fined nor filtered, and no added sulphites.
