Blend of Chenin and Cabernet Franc, whose vines are organically grown and co-planted on the small plot "La Guerrière" in the village ofSaint-Germain-sur-Vienne. Hand-picked under-ripe and blended with a little Grolleau Gris. Yields of 35 hl/ha on average. Vinification: direct pressing of the three grape varieties, aging for 9 months half in vats and half in casks that have seen several wines. Not fined, not filtered, without added sulfites.
