Blend of Chenin and Cabernet Franc, whose vines are organically grown and co-planted on the small plot "La Guerrière" in the village ofSaint-Germain-sur-Vienne. Hand-picked under-ripe and blended with a little Grolleau Gris. Yields of 35 hl/ha on average. Vinification: direct pressing of the three grape varieties, aging for 9 months half in vats and half in casks that have seen several wines. Not fined, not filtered, without added sulfites.

Both became oenologists, they worked for large Estates in France and abroad, before returning to the Loire Valley.
