Warning: once you’ve tasted this wine, it will be haunting you for years. A nose of dried strawberry, rosebud, pepper, and liquorice... A rich and eminently aromatic palate, with a pulpy mouthfeel, crisp tannins, and a long finish with a hint of mint.

100% Pineau d'Aunis, from vines aged between 10 and 50 years old, cultivated biodynamically and planted on 14 plots spread over the communes of Lhomme, Chahaignes and Marçon, for a total of 3.7 hectares. Harvesting is done by hand with crates. Alcoholic fermentation is done in vats with punching down of the cap, followed by natural malolactic fermentation in recently acquired barrels and 12 months of maturation on the fine lees in barrels. Bottled at the estate with a very light dose of sulphites in November 2021.
