100% Gewurztraminer from vines grown in Alsace, this cuvée is produced with their negociant business of organic grapes. Manual harvest and natural vinification at Fred's estate in Burgundy: direct pressing of the whole bunches, start of fermentation in vats, bottled at the beginning of October 2021 with residual sugars in order to create effervescence, aging in bottles on laths. Not fined, not filtered, zero sulfur added! Not disgorged.
Frédéric Cossard and his partner Laure founded their estate in 2006, while also beginning to buy grapes from multiple historic appellations: Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Pommard, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée, and even the Jura.
