Roussillon
A dark juice with a nose of black fruits, citrus and some flowers. Palate: silky, big volume, the fruit is beautiful and preserved. The texture is tight, thin tannins and big finish. Decanting is mandatory, one to two hours before tasting.
100% Carignan, this cuvée comes from vines over 120 years old, farmed organically. Manual harvest, very low yields. Soft extraction, natural vinification without inputs, 30 months of aging in barrels and vats. The wine is bottled at the estate without fining nor filtration.
