100% Muscat Petit Grains from 40 year old organic vines planted on schist soils in the tree-lined terroir of La Jasse. Hand-harvested and vinified naturally: 2/3 of the harvest is pressed as soon as it arrives at the winery, and 1/3 is left to macerate for 10 days and destemmed. Aged in fiberglass tanks for 10 months, bottled after racking at the end of April 2023. Unfinished and unfiltered, with no sulfites added.
Perinne Loeuilleux is a new winemaker that was absolutely not destined for a career in the vineyard. An agricultural engineer from the Pas-de-Calais region of France, she raised with "big red wine" by her parents; it was her encounter with a Burgundian guy that put her head and palate straight into wine!
