100% Sauvignon from organically farmed but non-certified vines, a blendinf of four parcels on very specific terroirs within the appellation where Domaine Didier Dagueneau is located, on clay and flint soils. Hand-harvested and meticulously vinified: direct pressing, heavy settling, long aging on the fine lees without racking, in 320–600L barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration.
