A cuvée that already existed under Stéphane Morin — a nod to his predecessor, but in a different style! The nose is enveloping, almost gentle, with notes of dark fruit, vanilla cake, and soft spices. On the palate, the tannins are perfectly integrated, the texture fluid — pure delight!

100% Grenache Noir from old vines aged 40 to 70 years, organically farmed and planted on granitic arenas, on warm, sun-exposed plots at the foot of the massif. The grapes were harvested by hand and naturally vinified: 12 days of whole-cluster carbonic maceration, gentle pressing, 4 months aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with just a micro-dose of sulphites (1 g/hL at barrel racking).
