A nomadic cuvée… a blend of 60% Xarel·lo from 50-year-old vines grown in the Penedès region of Spanish Catalonia, 30% Vermentino from 20-year-old vines in the Aude and 10% Chardonnay from 40-year-old vines in Mâcon. The grapes are vinified together at Bruno’s winery in Roussillon, with direct pressing for the Vermentino and Chardonnay, and light maceration for 2/3 of the Xarel·lo. Bottled in Spring 2022 without fining or filtration, and zero added sulphur.
