100% Pinot Noir from 30-year-old vines farmed organically and planted at Dominique Derain’s in Côte Chalo… (we can’t tell you more, since Vin de France regulations forbid it — but you surely know!). Hand-harvested. Natural vinification at Bruno’s, whole-cluster maceration, ageing half in Burgundy pièce and half in stainless steel tank. Bottled the spring following harvest, without fining or filtration, no added sulphites.
