Exuberant red fruit on the nose… Palate-wise, it’s all about freshness: a nice line, fine tannins and an aromatic profile that stays precise, with a fresh, gently tangy finish. The balance was a bit fragile just after bottling, but it’s now perfectly settled and ready to drink.

100% Pinot Noir from 30-year-old vines farmed organically and planted at Dominique Derain’s. The grapes were harvested by hand. Natural vinification at Bruno Duchêne's winery, whole-cluster maceration, ageing half in Burgundy barrels and half in stainless steel tank. Bottled in Spring 2024, without fining or filtration, no added sulphites.
