100% Gamay from organically farmed vines planted on two parcels separated by only a small road — one dating back to the 1930s, the other to the 1970s. A 100% natural, zero-input approach in the vineyard and in the cellar: two weeks of semi-carbonic maceration, followed by 7 months of aging in demi-muids that have seen several wines. Bottled on the 18th of April 2024, unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites.
Thierry Puzelat took over the family estate a few decades ago, 13 ha in Touraine, in the Loir-et-Cher. Time and a series of encounters would put him on the path to natural wines.
