100% Gamay from organically farmed vines planted on two parcels separated by a small road — one dating back to the 1930s, the other to the 1970s. A 100% natural, zero-input approach in the vineyard and in the cellar: two weeks of semi-carbonic maceration, followed by 8 months of aging in demi-muids that have seen several wines. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites.
