A blend of 70% Grenache Gris and 30% Grenache Blanc, sourced from old vines of approximately 40 years old, farmed organically and planted on ancient alluvial terraces. The grapes were harvested by hand and naturally vinified: for this vintage, whole-cluster carbonic maceration for 11 days in 40-hl stainless steel tanks, followed by pressing and 4 months of aging in 500-liter barrels. Bottled in March 2026 without fining or filtration, with only a micro-dose of sulfur (1 g/hl upon racking from the barrels).
