L'Allumée Orange - 2020 - Anne Buiatti
Maison Advinam
Nose characterized by notes of citrus fruits, candied orange, exotic fruits, dried apricot, hint of orange blossom. Palate: a very nice interpretation of orange wine, fleshy, digestible and tasty, a lot of freshness. A little bit crazy (allumée, in French), and very seductive!

First vintage (2020) for this blend of half Sémillon planted in Saint Morillon, and half Sauvignon Blanc and Gris planted in Périgord. The vines are grown biodynamically and harvested manually. Natural vinification: six months of maceration of the three grape varieties together, in a 750-liter clay amphora. The grapes are completely immersed, no intervention during the entire maceration. Soft pressing, aging for 6 months in amphora and 300-liter barrels. Neither fined, nor filtered, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
