L'Allumée Orange - 2023 - Anne Buiatti
Maison Advinam
Nose characterized by notes of citrus fruits, candied orange, exotic fruits, dried apricot, hint of orange blossom. Palate: a very nice interpretation of orange wine, fleshy, digestible and tasty, a lot of freshness. A little bit crazy (allumée, in French), and very seductive!

Blend of 60% Sémillon planted in Saint Morillon, and 40% Sauvignon Blanc and Gris planted in Périgord. The vines are grown biodynamically and harvested manually. Natural vinification: six months of maceration of the three grape varieties together, in a 750-liter clay amphora. The grapes are completely immersed, no intervention during the entire maceration. Devatting on the 29th of October, soft pressing, aging for 6 months in amphora and 300-liter barrels. Neither fined, nor filtered, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
