A blend of Sauvignon and Sémillon from 30-year-old vines cultivated biodynamically and planted in Grézillac on clay and limestone soils, and cultivated by Ludovic Barthe. Natural winemaking without additives: 1/3 of the harvest goes through a maceration for two months, fermentation and maturation in earthenware jars for 6 months. No fining, no filtering, no added sulphur! Bottled at the estate in spring 2023
