Hyphen - blend Malt Whisky - Michel Couvreur
Like a play on hot and cold: a blend of two contrasting whiskies — a Scottish distillate from November 22, 2006 (8 years in Fino cask followed by 8 years in dry Chenin cask) combined with a French peated distillate from November 15, 2016, aged 7 years in a very old Malaga cask. The delicacy and elegance of the Chenin are lifted by the peated whisky, reminiscent of a brown miso.
